We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee on all saddles purchased directly from Jcobcycling.com and/or SpeedandComfort.com. If it’s not the perfect fit, you may return it for a refund-no questions asked.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the original delivery date by clicking the “Begin Process” button.

  • The saddle must be returned in clean, undamaged condition, with no signs of excessive wear, abuse, or alteration.

  • All original packaging and included parts must be included.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and approve or deny the return at our sole discretion based on product condition.

📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

This policy applies only to saddles purchased directly from our website. Saddles purchased through JCOB dealers or third-party sites must be returned through the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller’s return policy.

  • *Refunds will not be issued for saddles returned with significant damage, modifications, or missing components. This includes but is not limited to deep scuffs, tears, structural damage, or visible tampering. This return policy does not apply to short crank arms or any product that has been installed or used in a manner not intended by JCOB. JCOB reserves the right to reject returns or issue partial refunds in such cases.

 

1- Year Limited Warranty

Every JCOB product purchased from jcobcycling.com, speedandcomfort.com, or an authorized dealer is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

🛠️ Warranty coverage includes defects in craftsmanship or materials only.
It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. saddle scuffs, rail scratches, fading)

  • Damage from accidents, crashes, or improper use

  • Misuse, neglect, or installation of incompatible components

  • Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers (eBay, Craigslist, etc.)

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion with either new or refurbished parts.


📝 Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
